Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile glass containers and diffusers are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fragrance products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
